CT – Neck Angiography is a specialized imaging procedure that uses computed tomography (CT) along with contrast dye to obtain detailed images of the blood vessels in the neck, including the carotid and vertebral arteries.

During the procedure, a contrast agent is injected into a vein, which enhances the visibility of blood vessels on CT images. This allows precise evaluation of blood flow and identification of abnormalities such as narrowing (stenosis), blockages, aneurysms, dissections, or vascular malformations.
