USG – TWIN EARLY OB TAS (Transabdominal Scan) is an early obstetric ultrasound used to assess twin pregnancy during the first trimester. The scan is performed externally over the abdomen using ultrasound technology to evaluate the presence, location, and development of both gestational sacs and fetuses.

This test helps confirm twin pregnancy, assess fetal viability and heartbeat, estimate gestational age, determine the number of fetuses, and evaluate early pregnancy health. It may also help identify complications such as bleeding, abnormal implantation, or growth-related concerns during early pregnancy.

The procedure is safe, painless, non-invasive, and does not involve radiation exposure. It is commonly recommended as part of routine prenatal care during early pregnancy.
