The Oral Glucose Challenge Test (OGCT – 100g) is a diagnostic test used to evaluate how efficiently the body processes glucose. It is most commonly used during pregnancy to diagnose gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).

In this test, the patient is required to consume a glucose solution containing 100 grams of glucose. Blood samples are then collected at specific intervals to measure blood sugar levels and assess how the body responds to the glucose load.
