Doppler – Arterial and Venous Doppler (2 Limbs) is a specialized ultrasound examination that assesses blood circulation in both arteries and veins of two limbs (either both arms or both legs). It uses Doppler technology to visualize blood flow, measure velocity, and detect abnormalities in vascular function.

This scan is highly effective in diagnosing conditions such as arterial blockages, narrowing (stenosis), peripheral artery disease (PAD), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), venous insufficiency, and blood clots. It also helps evaluate circulation problems that may cause pain, swelling, numbness, or skin changes in both limbs.

The scan provides real-time information about blood flow direction and speed, allowing accurate assessment of vascular health in both limbs. It is commonly recommended for patients with bilateral symptoms, diabetes, vascular disease, or after trauma.
